Improving patient's experience
At Raee Hospital, our commitment is to provide the best possible experience to our patients, their caregivers and families. We want to ensure health-care needs are met and that patients have a positive experience throughout their care journey.
Providing care to patients stems from our mission, community needs and expectations, and is translated in the structuring of our quality and safety department and dissemination of quality and safety culture.

Quality Improvement in Health care
Quality is defined as doing the right thing (getting the health care services you need), at the right time (when you need it), in the right way (using the appropriate procedure), to achieve the best possible results.
The institute of Medicine defines Quality as:
“The degree to which health care services for individuals and populations increase the probability of desired health outcomes and are consistent with current professional knowledge of best practice.”
Quality Management Approach
As care providers, we understand patients put their trust in us at a very vulnerable time in their lives. Caring for them is a privilege, and with that privilege comes responsibility. One of our most important responsibilities is to ensure we keep patients safe.
